Our Services
RDX marked its entry into Project Management Consultancy with the prestigious TNMSC initiative, setting new benchmarks in healthcare infrastructure. The firm successfully designed and delivered medical warehouses across 32 districts of Tamil Nadu, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and functionality. This large-scale project showcased RDX’s ability to manage complexity with precision and vision. It also laid the foundation for RDX’s expertise in handling diverse, impactful projects across the state and beyond.
RDX proudly secured a place among the top three winning designs in the international competition organized by IRSDC for the Bayapanhalli Railway Station redevelopment. Our design stood out for its innovative approach that blended functionality, passenger experience, and sustainable architecture, while reimagining the station as a modern transit hub. This recognition on a global platform highlighted RDX’s ability to compete with the best in the world and reinforced our commitment to creating future-ready infrastructure that elevates everyday urban experiences.
The Ernavoor Affordable Mixed-Use Township, funded by the World Bank with an investment of ₹1,200 crore, stands as one of the largest EWS (Economically Weaker Section) housing projects in India. Designed as a model of inclusive urban living, the development features 33 high-rise towers with 6,877 residential units, thoughtfully planned to balance functionality, comfort, and community well-being. Equipped with high-speed elevators, modern infrastructure, and a state-of-the-art fire-fighting system, the project ensures both convenience and safety for its residents. More than just housing, it represents a transformative step in addressing large-scale urban challenges with innovation and dignity, reinforcing RDX’s role in setting new benchmarks for sustainable and inclusive city futures.
RDX was selected as an empaneled consultant for ITI Ltd for the structural and architectural design of their Self-Contained Communication Centers. This empanelment underscores our expertise in delivering technically robust and design-driven solutions for complex infrastructure needs. It reflects our growing reputation as a trusted partner for leading institutions and reinforces our commitment to combining innovation, precision, and functionality in every project we undertake.
Under the Smart Cities Mission, Madurai was part of the development initiatives, with its Area-Based Development (ABD) plan covering 3100 acres around the Meenakshi Amman Temple. The project focuses on retrofitting this precinct—largely commercial and institutional—through improved streetscapes, heritage preservation, upgraded urban infrastructure, and smart amenities such as Wi-Fi poles, pedestrian safety measures, smart bus shelters, bicycle lanes, and digital information systems. With an emphasis on technology-driven growth, traffic management, and enhanced public spaces, the initiative aims to boost tourism, improve livability, and strengthen the city’s socio-economic fabric.
Ramanaicken Lakefront Development, Hosur – Undertaken under the Tamil Nadu Sustainable Urban Development Project, this initiative focuses on rejuvenating Hosur’s largest lake spread across 128 acres. The project integrates lake restoration, desilting, and ecological conservation with waterfront promenades, parks, and leisure spaces, enhancing groundwater recharge and community well-being. Designed as a sustainable urban landmark, the development aims to transform the lake into a vibrant public destination while preserving its ecological balance.
The Vallalar International Centre (VIC) marks RDX’s entry into large-scale religious and spiritually significant design. Inspired by the teachings of Saint Vallalar, the project integrates spirituality, sustainability, and community living within a pedestrian-friendly, vehicle-free campus. The master plan includes Gnana Sabhai, meditation halls, digital libraries, auditoriums, classrooms, and residential facilities, all designed with ecological sensitivity. Features like rainwater harvesting, herbal gardens, and the Jeeva Karunya Thottam with dormitories, cottages, animal shelters, and seed vaults support a self-sustaining ecosystem. By balancing heritage, sustainability, and modern infrastructure, RDX has shaped a holistic destination for pilgrimage, learning, and harmony—strengthening its role in religious and cultural architecture.
The TIDEL Park Project, inaugurated by the then Hon’ble Chief Minister, is envisioned as a state-of-the-art commercial facility that caters to the growing IT and business ecosystem in emerging urban centers and tier-2 cities. Designed with modular and flexible office spaces ranging from 700 to 4,000 sq. ft., the facility offers unmatched adaptability to meet diverse tenant needs. Sustainability lies at the core of the project, with provisions such as solar panels, rainwater harvesting, low-flow fixtures, and eco-friendly local materials aimed at achieving green building certification. Modern infrastructure features include high-speed elevators, advanced fire safety systems, and a centralized Integrated Building Management System (IBMS) for seamless operations. With common amenities like a food court, banking services, and ATMs, the project is a self-sufficient, future-ready hub that harmonizes innovation, comfort, and environmental responsibility.
Through this Medical Devices Park project, we forayed into the domain of industrial building architecture, marking a significant expansion of our design expertise. The project demanded the integration of RCC and Pre-Engineered Buildings with specialized facilities such as testing labs, prototyping centres, warehouses, and moulding units. Unlike conventional projects, this development required us to address functional efficiency, large-scale utility planning, and technical compliance for the medical device industry. By combining innovation hubs, skill development centres, and production-oriented spaces, we created a holistic ecosystem that supports research, validation, and manufacturing. This venture not only broadened our architectural portfolio but also positioned us as contributors to the growth of industrial infrastructure in a high-impact sector.
We successfully executed the construction of residential high-rise quarters for CMPDIL, designed to provide modern, functional, and sustainable living spaces for their staff. The project emphasized efficient space planning, structural safety, and durability, while incorporating contemporary design features to ensure comfort and convenience. By delivering a well-planned residential community, we contributed to enhancing the quality of life for CMPDIL employees through thoughtfully designed homes in a high-rise format.
RDX was empaneled as a consultant with Central Mine Planning & Design Institute Limited (CMPDIL), a subsidiary of Coal India Limited under the Government of India. This empanelment for specialized architectural services is a recognition of our technical expertise, design excellence, and proven capability to handle projects of national significance. It further strengthens our position as a trusted consultancy partner for large-scale infrastructure and industrial developments, reinforcing our commitment to delivering sustainable and innovative design solutions.
We are honored to be selected as an empaneled consultant with the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments (HR & CE) Department for the architectural design and consultancy of religious buildings. The Maitri II Project, a global design competition for the redevelopment of the Indian Research Station in Antarctica, marked a proud milestone for RDX as our design was recognized among the top three winning entries worldwide. Conceptualized in collaboration with Belgium-based Samyn & Partners and Xtrmplanet, the proposal emphasized energy efficiency, climate responsiveness, and user comfort in one of the most extreme environments on earth. With its innovative design strategies—such as highly insulated envelopes, zoned functional planning, and community-centric spaces—the project demonstrated how sustainable and resilient infrastructure can be reimagined for Antarctic conditions, reinforcing RDX’s global presence in pioneering architecture.

The Chola Museum Project stands as the world’s first museum dedicated exclusively to celebrating the legacy of the Chola dynasty. Conceived as a cultural landmark, it showcases the grandeur of one of India’s most powerful empires through curated exhibits, immersive galleries, and state-of-the-art facilities. Designed to preserve and narrate the rich history, art, and architecture of the Cholas, the museum creates an unparalleled space for education, research, and tourism. Beyond being a repository of heritage, it is envisioned as a vibrant destination that honors the dynasty’s enduring contributions to governance, culture, and temple architecture, establishing a global benchmark in heritage conservation and storytelling.
