The Chennai Airport RHQ Office is an office infrastructure project commissioned by the Airports Authority of India in Chennai. Spread over 0.2 acres with a built-up area of 35,500 sq. ft, the project envisions a modern, efficient, and sustainable workplace for regional headquarters operations. The conceptual design focuses on spatial efficiency, functional flexibility, and integration of advanced building systems. Architectural, structural, and MEP solutions are developed to ensure operational excellence and long-term performance. The facility is planned to promote employee well-being, collaboration, and technological readiness. The scope includes architectural design, structural engineering, MEP services, and project management consultancy.
