The project involved the planning, design, and construction of large-scale residential and commercial developments under the Affordable Housing category for the Tamil Nadu Housing Board (TNHB) at Ernavoor, Chennai. Spread across a built-up area of approximately 291962 Sq.m, the development was designed to cater to diverse community needs by integrating high-density residential blocks, commercial facilities, internal roads, and supporting infrastructure.

Key works included structural construction, MEP services, finishing works, and site development, ensuring adherence to TNHB’s specifications and affordable housing guidelines. The project was executed within a total budget of ₹712.73 crores, with an emphasis on quality, safety, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. Special consideration was given to optimizing space utilization, promoting community interaction, and providing essential amenities such as landscaped areas, parking facilities, water supply, drainage, and street lighting.
