The project comprised the design and execution management of a premium high-rise residential development for Hombale (BDA) in Bangalore, configured as Basement + Ground + 13 floors, with a total built-up area of approximately 468,850 sq.ft (43,543.04 sq.m). The development was planned to deliver spacious, well-ventilated apartments along with modern amenities, parking facilities, landscaped areas, and essential infrastructure.

The scope of services encompassed Architectural Design, Structural Engineering, MEP systems, and Project Management Consultancy (PMC), ensuring an integrated approach from concept to completion. The architectural design prioritized functional layouts, natural lighting, cross-ventilation, and sustainability measures, while the structural and MEP systems were engineered for long-term durability, safety, and efficiency.
