The project comprised Comprehensive Project Management Consultancy services for the construction of a mixed-use development consisting of 288 high-rise residential units and an adjoining commercial block for the Tamil Nadu Housing Board (Anna Nagar Division) at Arumbakkam, Chennai. The development included a Residential Block (2 Basements + Stilt + 19 floors) and a Commercial Block (2 Basements + Ground + 22 floors), with a total built-up area of approximately 165,000 sq.ft (15,329.27 sq.m).

Scope of work involved structural construction, façade works, MEP systems, interior finishes, and site development, ensuring compliance with TNHB specifications and high-rise building standards. Key deliverables included project scheduling, resource management, quality assurance, safety monitoring, progress reporting, and stakeholder coordination to achieve on-time and cost-efficient delivery within a total budget of ₹450 crores.
