The project involved the planning, design, and execution supervision of a large-scale residential township for the Tamil Nadu Housing Board (TNHB) in Chennai, featuring Stilt + 19 floors with a total built-up area of approximately 245,740 sq.ft (22,828.19 sq.m). The township was designed to deliver high-density, modern housing integrated with community spaces, parking facilities, landscaped zones, and essential infrastructure.

The scope of services included Architectural Design, Structural Engineering, MEP system design, and Project Management Consultancy (PMC), ensuring a holistic and coordinated approach from concept development to project handover. The design focused on efficient space utilization, natural light and ventilation, safety compliance, and sustainability principles.
