The project involved the design and execution of a high-rise residential development for the Tamil Nadu Housing Board (PSA Division) in Chennai, comprising a Basement + Stilt + 17 floors configuration with a total built-up area of approximately 174,375 sq.ft (16,200.21 sq.m). The development was conceived to provide modern, high-density housing with integrated infrastructure and amenities, in line with TNHB’s quality and safety standards.

The scope of services covered the complete Architectural Design, Structural Engineering, MEP systems, and Project Management Consultancy (PMC), ensuring a seamless integration of functional planning, structural stability, efficient building services, and timely execution. The design emphasized space optimization, natural light and ventilation, sustainability considerations, and compliance with statutory codes.
